Refunds and Returns

Evomaru Pty Ltd will accept returns on products damaged during shipping with proof of purchase (order receipt), and if returns are completed within 7 days of shipment.

Please let us know within 48 hours if your order has been shipped incorrectly.

If a product does not match the description on the website, you may return the item unused for an exchange of the correct product.

Evomaru Pty Ltd will accept returns on most unused full-sized products within 7 days of delivery minus shipping costs. Items should be in their original packaging. Due to the nature of the ingredients we use, Evomaru Pty Ltd cannot accept opened/used items.

Limited Edition items and special promotion items are considered final sale.

To issue a return, please contact our customer service team at service@evohe.com.au  with your order number and the item you would like to return. A customer care representative will authorize the request and provide you with return instructions.

Refunds will be processed in the same form that you originally paid for your order within 14 days of your package’s arrival back to our facility. Processing between Stripe and your bank may take an additional 4-5 days business days. You will be notified by email once this is completed. Please note that Refunds cannot be processed to expired credit cards.

Evomaru Pty Ltd is not responsible for return of shipments or reimbursement of lost packages or damaged products.  Evomaru Pty Ltd reserves the right to deny a refund to products that have been previously used.

Please note, returning an item may invalidate the promotions or discounts applied to the order including but not limited to shipping discounts. For products purchased from a stockist, please consult their store policies.

All claims will be honoured at the discretion of Evomaru Pty Ltd and Evomaru Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse to refund or replace any customer claims when returns are excessive and it appears that the policy is being manipulated or abused.
