Domestic orders are fulfilled through Australia Post with an estimated shipment time of 3-10 business days. International orders are fulfilled through Australia Post International.
Please note that shipment time is not guaranteed by Evomaru Pty Ltd or Australia Post. We are not responsible for any delays that do not result from our error. Evomaru Pty Ltd is not responsible for an order once Australia Post has marked it as “Delivered”.
To ensure your delivery arrives at the correct destination and on time, please ensure that someone is available to sign and collect the delivery.
We currently offer a flat shipping rate of $10, please allow 3-10 business days.
Orders over $99 qualify for free domestic shipping. It is your responsibility to click the “Free Shipping” option on the right-hand side of the EVOHE checkout.

If the purchaser refuses a shipment, provides an incorrect shipping address or do not claim their package they are responsible for any fees incurred, cost of returning the shipment and the original shipping charges. This amount will be deducted from the merchandise refund plus a 5% restocking fee.
International Shipping Options:
Orders that are designated for international shipping outside of Australia may be subjected to taxes, customs duties and other fees by the destination country.
The recipient is responsible for these fees. Evomaru Pty Ltd are unable to provide information about the possible cost of custom duties or taxes as they are beyond our control. We recommend you source information on applicable customs duties and taxes prior to purchasing.
Registered Postage with Sign on Delivery
$38.50 international flat rate – plus a $15 EVOHE coupon to use on your next order.
Most destinations worldwide will be delivered to within 3 – 10 business days, however, remote destinations may take longer depending on customs regulations within your country.
Express Postage with Sign on Delivery
$55 international flat rate – plus a $25 EVOHE coupon to use on your next order. Most destinations worldwide will be delivered to within 3-10 business days, however, remote destinations may take longer depending on customs regulations within your country.

Evomaru Pty Ltd is not responsible for return of shipments or reimbursement of lost packages or damaged products.
Deliveries are made during normal business hours. All International deliveries must be signed for. All imported goods are subject to assessment for import taxes and charges even if you imported those goods for your own use.
A customs declaration must accompany all international shipments. We are required to state the value of the goods to customs. This will be as per the order value in AUD. We are unable to mark any order as a ‘gift’ as we are a retail company.
All shipments may encounter delays due to high volume or bad weather that extends beyond the expected delivery time frame provided by the carrier. International shipments are subject to customs procedures leaving Australia and arriving in the destination country which may cause further delays. While these delays are uncommon, they are a reality of shipping logistics, especially with international shipping. Please be advised that tracking scans may no longer update once a shipment has left Australia.
While we enjoy customer participation, we can only accept one promotion code per order. Promotions are conditional upon quantity and specified time range.

Exchanges cannot be made for products that have been opened or used. If you are exchanging a product due to our error such as an incorrect product we will cover the return shipping cost. To arrange this, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your date of product delivery, order number, and product.
If you would like to exchange an unused product for a different item, please contact our customer service for authorisation and return the original product for a full refund minus shipping cost once approval is granted.
We do not cover shipping costs for voluntary exchanges. You do not need to wait for approval before placing any new orders.
Please note returns and exchanges may require up to 10 working days to process.
Cancellations & Changes to Orders
We endeavour to despatch your order as soon as we receive it. If you change your mind about your order or want to change it, you may email our customer care team email@example.com within 4 hours of placing your order during business hours to request a cancellation or change. If your order has entered the dispatch process, unfortunately, we cannot change or cancel your order.
Refunds for cancellations are only applied once we provide confirmation that the order has been successfully cancelled.
