Soak a cotton pad or place the liquid directly into the palms of your hands and compress onto your face and neck. Step 2 elluminate Hydrabrite Serum - Apply a pearl-size amount to the face and eye area. Step 3 elluminate Face & Eye Cream - Apply a pearl-size amount to the face and eye area.  Step 4 elluminate Night Cream - Apply to the face, neck and décolletage until thoroughly absorbed, avoiding the eye area.
