From time to time, EVOHE may offer promotions, discounts, free gifts and special offers.

Participation in any promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms.

General Conditions

Unless otherwise stated:

• Promotions are available while stocks last.
• Promotions may be withdrawn, modified or extended at any time.
• Promotions are available exclusively through the EVOHE website.
• Promotions cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Promotional offers are not transferable.

Discount Codes

Only one discount code may be used per order unless otherwise stated.

Discount codes must be entered during checkout and cannot be applied after an order has been completed.

Product Exclusions

Unless otherwise stated, all promotions may exclude:

• Gift cards
• Trial sizes
• Espresso Soap
• Sale items
• Gift sets and packs
• Selected promotional products

Additional exclusions may apply and will be identified where relevant.

Minimum Spend Promotions

Where a promotion requires a minimum spend:

• The minimum spend is based on the order subtotal after discounts.
• Shipping charges are excluded.
• Bonus products do not contribute toward the qualifying spend threshold.

Free Gifts

Free gift promotions are subject to product availability.

If a free gift becomes unavailable, EVOHE reserves the right to substitute the gift with a product of similar value or withdraw the offer.

Errors and Misuse

EVOHE reserves the right to cancel orders where a promotion has been used contrary to these terms or due to a genuine pricing or system error.
