How to use Calm Sense

• Diffuser: Add 5–10 drops to your diffuser to infuse your space with beautiful aroma.
• Bath or Body Oil: Blend a few drops into carrier oil for aromatic bath soaks or self-massage.
• Before Sleep or Meditation: A grounding blend to enhance your breathing ritual and create aromatic calm.
• Combine Calm Sense with Epsom salts in a warm bath for an aromatic relaxation experience.
• Use to create a calming aromatic environment when meditating or practicing yoga.
• Diffuse in your car during road trips to create a soothing aroma.
• After a busy day, diffuse to create a relaxing aromatic environment.
• Place a drop on a cotton ball and place in closet to freshen with natural scent.
• For a massage: Add 5 drops of Calm Sense to every 10ml of massage oil for added relaxation benefits. We recommend using our EVOHE Omega Body as a massage oil.
