Refunds and Returns

Returns/Exchanges

Evomaru Pty Ltd will accept returns for change of mind purchases provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Unused product
  • It is within 7 days of the delivery date
  • Item is in its original packaging
  • It is not a limited edition item
  • The product was not on sale

The buyer will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred for a change of mind return and any fees associated with processing the refund. Change of mind purchases are eligible for an exchange or credit.

Please note, returning an item may invalidate the promotions or discounts applied to the order including but not limited to shipping discounts. 

For products that do not match the website description, you may exchange the item unused for the correct product as per the website description.

Exchanges cannot be made for products that have been opened or used. If you are exchanging a product due to our error such as an incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping cost. We do not cover postage charges for voluntary exchanges. To arrange an exchange please fill out the form at the bottom of this page.

Please note returns and exchanges may require up to 10 days to process.

Refunds

Evomaru Pty Ltd will accept refunds on products damaged during transit within 48 hours of delivery (as per Australia Post tracking) or any faulty products. Please fill out the form at the bottom of the page to provide all the details necessary.

Refunds will be processed through the same form that you originally paid for it within 14 days of your packages arrival back to our facility. Processing between Stripe or Afterpay and your bank  may take an additional 4-5 business days and a processing fee of $4.95 will be payable by the customer. You will be notified by email when this is complete. Please note that refunds cannot be issued to expired credit cards.

All claims will be honoured at the discretion of Evomaru Pty Ltd and Evomaru Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse to refund or replace any customer claims when returns are excessive and it appears that the policy is being manipulated or abused or the product has been used.


While we enjoy customer participation, we can only accept one promotional code per order. Promotions are conditional upon quantity and specific time range. Please note that it is the responsibility of the buyer to enter any promotional codes or coupons at checkout. Evomaru Pty Ltd will not be responsible for codes that have not been applied properly by the customer. If you have difficulty processing any promotions, please contact us at service@evohe.com.au
