Return Policy

If you have purchased your products from an EVOHE Stockist:

If you have purchased your products from EVOHE online (www.evohe.com.au):

In the unlikely event that a faulty, damaged or incorrect item has been received, please fill out the form at the bottom of the page or contact us at service@evohe.com.au as soon as possible. Please avoid trying to open the product or play around with the pump/mechanism/packaging. If the product has been deemed to be interfered with in any way prior to contacting EVOHE unfortunately we are unable to replace the product. 

We encourage EVOHE customers to try samples prior to committing to full-size products, however, if you are not 100% happy with your EVOHE purchase, you may return it to us or exchange it for another item (sale items, samples, and packs excluded). Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase in an unused and unopened state. Once the returned items are received, we will issue a store credit for the value of the order within 7 business days (please note: shipping costs and card processing fees will be deducted). We do not cover shipping costs for voluntary exchanges or returns. If you are exchanging or returning a product due to our error, we will cover any return shipping costs as authorised by our team. If you are wanting to cancel an order that has already been processed in our system, but before being shipped, a card processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

Our products are made with natural organic butters, and they may become a little thicker in the colder climates, which may affect the product pumping. To get the most out of your products, please ensure you keep your EVOHE products in a warmer environment over Winter.  The best temperatures to store our products are between 15 – 30 deg. If you find the creams stop pumping, this could be the issue so all you need to do is slightly warm the bottle up, shake well and it will pump again.

As our products are completely natural, we encourage EVOHE customers to keep products fresh and avoid buying in bulk quantities. All EVOHE products must be used within 12 months of purchase. Subscribe to EVOSAY and keep an eye out for regular specials on all your favorite products (plus free shipping within Australia).

EVOHE reserves the right to refuse to exchange, refund, or issue a store credit when returns are deemed excessive or it appears that the policy is being manipulated or abused.

While we enjoy customer participation, only one promotional code can be accepted per order. Promotions are conditional upon quantity and specific time range – further terms and conditions can be viewed here. Please note that it is the responsibility of the buyer to enter any promotional codes at the time of checkout. Promotional codes cannot be applied after an order has been placed. Please contact us at service@evohe.com.au if you have any difficulties processing any promotions.
