Upon placement of your order on www.evohe.com.au you will receive an order confirmation email. If you have not received this confirmation email, please confirm that you have completed the payment process and also check junk mail. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an ‘order completed’ email.
Please allow 24-48 hours for processing of orders and please note we don’t dispatch orders on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays in Queensland, Australia. If you would like to cancel/change your order please contact us as soon as possible – any cancellations will incur a $4.95 refund fee which will be deducted from the merchandise refund. Once your order is in the dispatch process, unfortunately we cannot change or cancel your order. If you would like your tracking number, please leave a note at checkout or contact email@example.com.
Orders over $99 qualify for FREE shipping within Australia. Please note that if promotions or coupons reduce the value of the order to under this amount, free shipping does not apply. Orders under $99 are charged at a flat rate of $9.96 for Standard Shipping and $18.00 for Express Shipping. Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to select the correct shipping method at checkout.
Australian orders are fulfilled through Australia Post, the estimated shipment times are below:
Standard Shipping: 3-6 Business Days
Express Shipping: 1-3 Business Days (2-5 Business Days for regional areas)
We ship to most countries internationally. We offer a flat rate as below:
New Zealand: $20
All Other Countries: $35
International Orders are fulfilled through Australia Post International with an estimated shipping time of 6+ business days. Please be advised that tracking scans may no longer update once shipment has left Australia. International shipments are subjected to customs procedures leaving Australia and upon arriving in the destination country which may cause further delays.
All international orders may be subjected to taxes, customs duties and other fees by the destination country. The customer is responsible for any fees that may apply. We recommend sourcing information on applicable customs duties and fees prior to purchasing.
A customs declaration must accompany all international shipments. We are required by law to state the value of the goods to customs in AUD, we are unable to mark any order as a ‘gift’ or lessen the value of an order.
We are not responsible for any shipments once it has been marked ‘completed’ by Australia Post. Our packages are sent with authority to leave, unless otherwise stated by the customer. We are not responsible for missing, lost or damaged packages. To ensure that your delivery arrives at the correct destination please ensure that someone is available to collect the delivery. Deliveries are made during normal business hours.
If the customer refuses a shipment, provides an incorrect shipping address or does not claim their package they are responsible for any fees incurred, return costs and original shipping costs. These fees plus a $4.95 refund fee will be deduced from the merchandise refund.
Please note that shipment time is not guaranteed and we are not responsible for any delays that do not result from our error. All shipments may encounter delays due to high volume or bad weather than extends beyond the expected delivery time frame provided by the carrier.
