Shipping and Delivery Policy
Upon placement of your order on www.evohe.com.au you will receive an order confirmation email. If you have not received this confirmation email, please confirm that you have completed the payment process and also check junk mail. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an âorder completedâ email.
Please allow 48-72 hours for the processing of orders and please note we donât dispatch orders on Saturday, Sunday, or Public Holidays in Queensland, Australia. If you would like to cancel/change your order please contact us as soon as possible – any cancellations may incur a $4.95 refund fee which might be deducted from the merchandise refund. Once your order is in the dispatch process, unfortunately, we cannot change or cancel your order. Australia Post is responsible for emailing all tracking information. If you do not receive your tracking information email, please contact us at service@evohe.com.au.
Australian Orders
Orders over $99 qualify for FREE shipping within Australia. Please note that if promotions or coupons reduce the value of the order to under this amount, free shipping does not apply. Orders under $99 are charged at a flat rate of $11 for Standard Shipping and $18.00 for Express Shipping (order cut-off times are 11 am Mon – Frid). Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to select the correct shipping method at checkout.
Australian orders are fulfilled through Australia Post, the estimated shipping times are below:

Express Shipping: 2 – 6 Business DaysÂ
International Orders
We ship to most countries internationally. We offer a flat rate as below:
New Zealand: $12
Asia Countries $20
All Other Countries: $25

At this time, weâre unable to send orders to the United States due to new import tariffs that make international shipping unsustainable for a small, family-run business like ours.
Weâre exploring more affordable and eco-conscious options and hope to open up shipping again soon.

International Orders are fulfilled through Australia Post International with an estimated shipping time of 15+ business days. Please be advised that tracking scans may no longer update once the shipment has left Australia. International shipments are subjected to customs procedures upon leaving Australia and upon arriving in the destination country, which may cause further delays.
All international orders may be subject to taxes, customs duties, Tariffs and other fees in the destination country. The customer is responsible for any fees that may apply. We recommend sourcing information on applicable customs duties and fees prior to purchasing.
A customs declaration must accompany all international shipments. We are required by law to state the value of the goods to customs in AUD, we are unable to mark any order as a âgiftâ or lessen the value of an order.
We are not responsible for any shipments once it has been marked âcompletedâ by Australia Post. Our packages are sent with the authority to leave unless otherwise stated by the customer. We are not responsible for missing, lost, or damaged packages. To ensure that your delivery arrives at the correct destination please ensure that someone is available to collect the delivery. Deliveries are made during normal business hours.
If the customer refuses a shipment, provides an incorrect shipping address, or does not claim their package, they are responsible for any fees incurred, return costs, and original shipping costs.Â
Please note that shipment time is not guaranteed and we are not responsible for any delays that do not result from our error. All shipments may encounter delays due to high volume or bad weather that extends beyond the expected delivery time frame provided by the carrier.
