Sacred Earth Wholefoods are a family-owned health and wellness store based in the beautiful lush mountains of Tamborine Mountain, QLD. We asked Claudia to answer a few questions about EVOHE, self nurturing and everything in between.
Tell us a little about where you work and what you love about working there?
Sacred Earth Wholefoods is our family-owned health and wellness store located on the beautiful lush green Tamborine Mountain. Surrounded with exquisite rainforest and fresh clean mountain air. I love working here because I am very passionate about helping others on their wellness journey to achieve long term health.
What is your role and how long have you worked there?
I run the “Holistic Health Clinic” and natural medicine and herbal dispensary instore. As a professional holistic health practitioner, I specialize in a variety of areas that I use to treat, diagnose, and prevent physical illness through natural means, rather than through pharmaceutical and invasive surgery. I am also the product manager behind all our product lines, I make sure everything we stock meets our stores high standards and ethos before they reach our shelves, this has been my priority since day one, three years ago.
How do you like to unwind after a busy day?
I love to take long, hot baths full of magnesium chloride flakes and a few drops of frankincense essential oil, accompanied with by favourite herbal tea and lots and lots of natural candles creating relaxations.
How do you like to spoil/self nurture yourself?
I love to nurture myself with a warm elixir (which is also found on our “elixir bar menu” instore) and spoil myself with some Loco Love vegan organic chocolate.
Do you have a favourite book/essential oil/health product you would recommend?
I enjoy diffusing “energiser blend” essential oil by Tinder Box in the morning to increase my mental focus and stimulate me during the days and I always recommend a teaspoon of “Gubinge Powder” by Loving Earth in my morning Smoothie or water bottle, especially during winter months to keep my immunity up.
What is your favourite EVOHE product and why?
I have to admit it’s hard to choose just one, but if I must I adore EVOHE Face and Body Exfoliant. I use it at least 3 times a week on my face and body and it leaves my skin silky soft, polished and glowing.
If you could wish something for the world, what would it be?
I wish the Amazon would stop being destroyed. Humans are cutting down five football fields of rainforest per hour and clearing wildlife habitats on a massive scale, for agriculture and livestock farms resulting in accelerated climate change.
