Hot Apple Cider

The Apple Cider I use is from the lovely Patricia Braggs company called Braggs, she is an amazing human, one that I have the pleasure to meet, and learn from. Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar is perfect to get the stomach acids ready for food. It’s an unbelievable product that can be used in hot or cold drinks and to make incredible dressings.

Ingredients

1 cup BRAGGS Apple Cider Vinegar

1 fresh red apple cut into quarters

½ cup water

Method

1.  Place into a pot and bring to the boil, when reached boiling, turn off and serve in small glasses.

Sip on this slowly with a SMILE, it takes time to get used to.

But as Patricia Braggs once said to me:
“Everyone in the world would be so much healthier if they drank apple cider vinegar”
